CarrierScrub

Pricing

Three carriers a day, free. Plans for when that stops being enough.

No card to run a check, and no account either. A free account lifts the daily cap. Paid plans raise the Compliance Assistant's allowance, and Agency adds API access. Every plan reads the same FMCSA filings and gets the same verdict.

Everything, side by side

The data does not change between plans. What changes is what you can do with it, and how much of the assistant you can use.

What no plan changes

01

The data
Every field on every plan traces to FMCSA's own operating-authority and insurance filings, refreshed weekly and checked live against the federal feed when you run a lookup. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.

02

The verdict
GO, CAUTION and STOP follow fixed, published rules. The free lookup and the Agency plan score a carrier identically, and both mark what is not yet checked as pending rather than guessing.

03

What we do with your lookups
Nothing you would mind. Lookup data is never sold and never used to profile a carrier, on any plan. Anonymous checks are not recorded against anyone. The privacy policy has the specifics.

Questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. The lookup needs no account at all, and the Pay-as-you-go plan needs a Google sign-in and nothing else. A card is only asked for at Stripe checkout when an owner or admin upgrades to a paid plan.

What is the difference between the plans?

The lookup, the verdict rules and the FMCSA data are the same on every plan. Paid plans raise the Compliance Assistant's daily allowance, and Agency adds API access. If you never touch the assistant and do not need the API, Pay-as-you-go is the right plan and we will not talk you out of it.

What counts as one of the three free checks?

A distinct carrier per day. Re-checking the same carrier, reloading the page or sharing the result link with a dispatcher costs nothing; only a new carrier spends a check. Signed-in accounts have no daily cap.

Is Pay-as-you-go really $0?

Yes. No monthly fee and no card on file. It is the free lookup with the daily cap removed and the brokerage features added.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

From Admin, under Billing and plan. An owner or admin picks the plan and pays through Stripe checkout; we never see or store the card. Cancelling from the same place takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. Every paid plan is monthly with no contract.

How does this compare with Carrier411 or BrokerSnapshot?

They are broader products, and we publish exactly where they beat us. Carrier411 lists $99/mo and BrokerSnapshot starts at $100/mo, as fetched from their own sites on 8 September 2026. Neither has a free tier. See vs. Carrier411 and vs. BrokerSnapshot for the full breakdown.
