CarrierScrub

For carriers

Is this your company? See what brokers see.

Brokers check a carrier before they tender a load. On CarrierScrub they see FMCSA’s own records, dated, and one call: GO, CAUTION or STOP. Enter your USDOT or MC number to see exactly what they see, why, and what fixes it with FMCSA.

Free. No account, no card. Your result links to your company’s page, with the step that fixes each finding.

01

Facts, not reports
Every finding is a dated FMCSA record. CarrierScrub takes no reports from brokers, asks for no ELD access or ID, and rates nothing FMCSA does not publish. When your authority was granted is shown as a fact, never as a mark against you: new is not bad.

02

Why a clean carrier can read CAUTION
FMCSA moved to a new registration system, Motus, in May 2026. Some insurance filings did not carry over and some required amounts went up. Where FMCSA’s earlier record shows you covered, CarrierScrub says so and shows both records, instead of calling it a STOP.

03

How to fix what is on file
Only FMCSA can change your record. Your company’s page lists each finding with the step that fixes it, in Motus or with your insurance agent, and updates when you run a fresh check.
